We stay at the Cherokee Hotel Casino A LOT and have recently started buying our breakfast at this "bakery". However, one customer's negative experience suggests that the service may not meet everyone's expectations. The customer mentioned that there were only TWO donuts in the case, and when they asked about their freshness, the employee replied, "I don't know, probably yesterday." This lack of attention to detail is concerning.

Furthermore, the customer reported standing in line for over 10 minutes while an employee discussed their work schedule, which made for an uncomfortable experience. To make matters worse, when the customer placed their order, the employee served the wrong type of coffee. Despite the customer's correction, the employee argued and displayed rude behavior.

It is evident that Rise Coffee & Bakery needs to improve its service quality to ensure customer satisfaction. The negative encounter described raises concerns about the staff's professionalism and attention to detail.
