MGM Grand - Las Vegas

Let’s start off with, considering what you pay to stay at this hotel, it’s a great choice. Don’t expect 5 star service at a discount price. Location is at the beginning of the strip, so if you want to visit the entire strip it’s a lot of walking and/or Uber rides.

The hotel rooms could be a little cleaner. We got to our room with dirty sheets, there was a blood stain on the sheets but room service came right away and changed them. They also gave us a 2 day resort fee credit without us asking which was great.

The hotel is very long so you have quite the hikes to get to and from your hotel room to the lobby or casino. The restaurant selections are pretty good and have several bars and breakfast options to choose from.

The pool complex is one of the best I’ve seen. They have 3 pools, 1 adult only pool and a lazy River. A lot of seating and great exposure to sun all day. Also, the pools are kid friendly which is a added bonus if you want to travel with the family.
