One of the highlights of Hollywood Casino at Greektown is its impressive size and the variety of machines and tables it offers. Customers appreciate the abundance of new machines as well as a selection of old favorites. This ensures that every visitor can find a game that suits their taste and style.

While the overall experience at the casino was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. On a busy Friday night after a Tigers game, some customers reported long wait times for obtaining new player cards. Despite the high demand, only one person was working at the area dedicated to new cards. This resulted in frustration for many visitors, including the reviewer.

Another negative aspect mentioned by a customer was a delay in receiving a drink they had ordered through a slot screen. Although the drink eventually arrived, the waitress took over 20 minutes to return the credit card used for payment. When the customer expressed their concern, the staff member who responded was unhelpful and dismissive. While it is understandable that this may not be their direct responsibility, providing attentive customer service is essential.

Despite these minor setbacks, Hollywood Casino at Greektown offers an enjoyable experience overall. To learn more about their offerings and plan a visit, interested individuals are encouraged to visit their website here. They can also find the location on the map here.
