Just stayed for the airshow. They changed our reservation from Waterfront Tower to Coastal Tower. What a horrible experience. Loud Hallways full of noisy people. Yappy Dog next door. Bath Towels smelled like dirty feet. Rug in room needs a deep thorough cleaning. Had to Scrub my child’s hands, feet and knees after crawling on it. Had a Shower Only. No tub also NO curtain or high enough ledge. Every shower we took floods the bathroom. Fridge didn’t work properly. Elevator doors closed so fast, people were getting separated from their family. Dirty. Grungy. Super small family pool only opens 10-5. Couldn’t even get into the pool. A loud obnoxious family having a volleyball game IN the pool and knocking into every swimmer in the pool.
